British Columbia Appeal Cases

The British Columbia Appeal Cases commenced publication in 1991. The series contains all of the decisions of the British Columbia Court of Appeal, decisions of the Yukon Court of Appeal plus decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada originating in British Columbia. The approximate number of volumes per year is 16.

Starting January 1, 1997 the British Columbia Appeal Cases database includes unedited cases that would ordinarily be unreported.
