Federal Trial Reports

The Federal Trial Reports commenced publication in 1986. The series contains selected decisions from the Trial Division of the Federal Court of Canada. For decisions that are appealed to the Federal Court of Appeal and decisions that go to the Supreme Court of Canada, our editors prepare Appeal Notes that are indexed under the original case name. The approximate number of volumes per year is 18.

Starting January 1, 1997 the Federal Trial Reports database includes unedited cases that would ordinarily be unreported.
