Ontario Appeal Cases

The Ontario Appeal Cases commenced publication in 1984. The Ontario Appeal Cases includes all of the decisions of the Ontario Court of Appeal and all of the decisions of the Ontario Divisional Court, plus decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada originating in Ontario. The approximate number of volumes per year is 10.

Starting January 1, 1997 the Ontario Appeal Cases database includes unedited cases that would ordinarily be unreported.

Prices do not include a 6% tax on all domestic sales and shipping charges. On sales in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax does not apply to books but does apply to electronic products and shipping charges.
