Ontario Trial Cases

The Ontario Trial Cases (OTC) commenced publication in 1996. The series contains both edited and unedited decisions from the Ontario Superior Court. The series is published only in electronic form. The series includes approximately 1200 edited or headnoted cases per year (out of approximately 2400 decisions filed each year). Starting January 1, 1997 the series includes unedited cases that would ordinarily be unreported.
