Saskatchewan Reports

The Saskatchewan Reports commenced publication in 1979. The series contains all of the decisions of the Saskatchewan Court of Appeal, plus selected trial court decisions, plus decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada originating in Saskatchewan. The approximate number of volumes per year is 12.

Starting January 1, 1997 the Saskatchewan Reports database includes unedited cases that would ordinarily be unreported.

Prices do not include a 6% tax on all domestic sales and shipping charges. On sales in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland, the 13% Harmonized Sales Tax does not apply to books but does apply to electronic products and shipping charges.
